A different approach to developing the business center of Ankara

The 312 Vista Office Tower is distinguished from its surroundings by its unique design: a simple geometric glass volume encasing a stack of large-scale, horizontal, adjustable wood louvers, set in a lush garden. Integration of environmental design, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, controllability of the interior office environments, superior indoor air quality, and access to natural light and views are aimed at enhancing office workers’ sense of well-being, thereby contributing positively to the work environment and increasing individual productivity.

The tower’s offset core within the narrow building footprint and its unusually high ceilings together create more efficient useable space that takes advantage of unobstructed views to the south, and allows natural light into all tenant areas. Deep horizontal mullions on the exterior control solar gain, while interior operable wood louvers, integral to the curtain wall system, give tenants individual daylight control. The tower’s tall, narrow proportions and the scale and repetition of the horizontal bands of glass and wood achieve a level of artistic design that lends stature to the project. Office space delivered in Vanilla Shell condition enables a faster and less costly tenant improvement process.
